EXCLUSIVE: Millennium Films has set Adrien Brody, John Malkovich and Antonio Banderas to star in “Unchained”, a Reservoir Dogs-style thriller that begins production November 14 with Paul Solet (Grace) directing his script.
They play career criminals who trap themselves in a warehouse with the law closing in, and run into the attack dog named DeNiro. The tale is told in an a series of intertwining narratives that explore the love, fear and conditioning and all the wrong turns that have put them in the dog house, fighting for their lives.
Ori Pfeffer and Alexandra Dinu have also been set. The film’s produced by Yariv Lerner, Les Weldon, Milos Djukelic, Rick Benattar, Raphael Swann, Victor Shapiro, and David Gardner and Principato-Young. Avi Lerner, Trevor Short, Mark Gill, Boaz Davidson, John Thompson and Beth Bruckner O’Brien are the exec producers. Brody, Banderas and Solet are agented by Paradigm, and Malkovich is repped by Omni Artists. Solets managed by Principato-Young.

The actor and painter Adrien Brody visit Guatemala to donate his artwork to the G & T Continental Foundation, to benefit the National History Museum.

El actor y también pintor estadounidense Adrien Brody visitó Guatemala para donar sus obras de arte a la Fundación G&T Continental, a beneficio del Museo de Historia Nacional.
“Para mí es importante colaborar y me quedo agradecido con la hospitalidad de la gente en Guatemala. Me quedo impresionado con lo que existe en Guatemala”, dijo Brody durante su intervención en el acto de entrega de las obras que se celebró la noche de este jueves 12 de Mayo de 2016, en la Galería El Centro, zona 1 capitalina.
“Estoy encantado del país, principalmente de Antigua Guatemala. Estoy feliz de compartir y de tener la oportunidad de colaborar con mi arte al proyecto del museo”, agregó.
En la velada, el también artista español radicado en Nueva York, Domingo Zapata, donó obras inspiradas en la cultura maya. “Es algo místico, los colores de la cultura de este país, es algo que atrapa. Me siento muy contento de estar en un lugar tan importante y compartir con su gente”, dijo Zapata.
“Para nosotros es un verdadero honor recibir esta noche a los artistas Domingo Zapata y Adrien Brody, quienes hacen el inmenso honor de ser los primeros en realizar una donación externa en apoyo al proyecto Museo Nacional de Historia: Restauración, conservación y Encuentro con Nuestra Identidad”, indicó Estuardo Cuestas, presidente de la Fundación G&T Continental.

Adrien Brody es actor, productor y pintor estadounidense, ganador del Premio Oscar a mejor actor por su actuación en la película El Pianista, en el 2002. De esta manera se convirtió en el actor más joven en obtener este reconocimiento hasta ese entonces, en esa categoría.
